Syllabus was distributed on Friday, along with a page for signatures, contact info, etc. It's a 2-sided green paper. Reading syllabus and completing the green sheet are considered a homework assignment. The assignment is
First drafts of personal descriptions were returned. We went over common errors and my correction symbols. This project, in it's final form, including the collage, is due on Thursday, Sept. 3.
We began our first class story today. Here is our key story vocabulary so far:
bañarse - to bathe oneself
se baña - s/he bathes herself/himself
lavarse - to wash oneself (a part of oneself: hands, hair, teeth, etc.)
se lava - s/he washes (herself/himself)
acostarse - to lie down, to go to bed
se acuesta - s/he lies down, goes to bed
The stories have continued into the block days, and have taken some interesting turns! We've had some great A follow-up assignment was given:

2. me baño (I bathe myself)
3. se lava
4. me lavo
5. se acuesta
